"I've stayed at this hotel quite a few times and it has always been good. A few minor issues in the past but my latest experience has been faultless. Cleanliness was excellent. The best I've experienced at any hotel in Turkey (unfortunately, this isn't difficult!). It's also very quiet and the location is great (there is a metro station nearby and plenty of options for buses)."

"I booked non-smoking Superior King Room, but received room #914 which isn't non-smoking and isn't superior (with stained carpets, full size bed and awful cigarettes smell). I was in a mood to give a very negative review, but after I saw how the housekeeper did her best to clean and ventilate my room, I changed my mind. Also breakfast was included in my booking and it was very, very good."
