"We were given the wrong code for lockbox so took over an hour to get in, oven, dishwasher, bathrooms, windows very dirty, hair in bathroom drawers and both shower plugs, fluff from dryer ALL over the garage, empty body wash & hand soap bottles left in shower/on bench. No WIFI for entire week & it's rugby world cup! Empty kitchen soap and no cloths/scrubbers, Managers got cleaners in on the second day, couldn't get WIFI whole stay even after this had been offered. lots of cupboards and drawers...

"Great apartment, had everything we needed for our ski vacation. It was clean. You can use a hot pool, which was great for the kids. Short drive up to Cardrona skifield, 2 Minutes walk to Cardrona Hotel for dinner or to the small store for coffee and snacks. Heating in every room was working well and large laundry space to hang up gear. Would book again for ski trip. "

It’s perfect for visiting wineries, close to Arrowtown and Queenstown, but also so private and peaceful you may not want to leave. "We wanted a cosy place for Christmas and this place was perfect for this! It was a step back to 60/70s which suited our family perfectly, lots of memories of our Grandfathers home which made it extra special. A few things that needed support with and the management team where quick and efficient it didn't effect our stay at all. "

"There were numerous things that were misleading about this property on booking. The major issue being the 4th double bedroom was downstairs in the garage. Exposed to the cold, far away from others in the house and we were unable to use it as a bedroom which made sleeping arrangements difficult as a party of 8 (2 families). Another inconvenience for our travels was the washing machine was not working. When we called Bachcare they said they knew about this and therefore had not listed a washing...

"Driveway was very steep and my elderly mother slipped on her way down after it rained and ended up getting stitches to her head, 2 black eyes and bruising to her ribs and shoulder. I think that you should mention this in the description so people would know that access isn’t easy."
