"Hands down the best location for the views to stay that l looked into- just spectacular- balcony is a must at sunset. Bedroom carpet freying & worn, toilet paper & tissues were appalling, massive chip off the basin in bathroom. High star shouldn't provide that type of amenities. We paid a lot aus for 6 nights - you're making money - fix the room to the standards it should be to what is charged. TV at night was garbage, its nice just watch something at night whilst winding down, lots of channels...

"Lovely town house is a beautiful location. Place was clean and near new. Beds were comfortable. Bedroom has a beautiful mountain view. Kitchen was handy. Microwave would have been helpful. 20 mins drive to wanaka. Highly recommend. "

"We loved the area with lots of small cafe who serve yummy food and coffee and the bus rides into town where easy as the stops are right outside our appartments. Also there is a nice walking track which leads right into town. Loved our apartment and loved our stay. "

"The property was exactly what we expected. It had a real feel of a 'lived in' home. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with crockery, cutlery, pots, pans and dishes. The crockery did not all match which give the house the real sense of a bach. One element in the oven was not working but we managed without. The freezer door had been left ajar at some time and the freezer was was completely iced-up, so much so that the door would not close properly but defrosting was not difficult.The living...

"We enjoyed our 2 night stay here. Although the room was described as no-view, we found there was a view of the Lake and the Remarkables from a large window. The staff were so helpful and kind. Parking on site is a real plus in Queenstown. The room was clean and comfortable. Its a bit of a walk to town but not too bad. "

"The Lakeside rooms have a beautiful view of the lake. Offerings at the restaurant/bar were enjoyable and creative. Somewhat limited selection for lunch/dinner but we had four different mains and all were excellent. We parked in the underground garage which has limited parking although not a problem finding spots during the end of March. Mattress in bed was very nice for sleeping and all the other amenities were good. No microwave in the room type I chose, I think it was the only stay in NZ without a microwave."
