"I have never had a bad experience with Sofitel and not this time either. Large and luxurious rooms (also Superior rooms) with all amenities. Should I mention anything that could be improved it would be breakfast. Good and a lot of choice, but they had trouble keeping up at peak time. Good but have experienced better in other Dkfitel hotels. Still I do not hesitate to recommend, and would go back if I have the chance. What stands out are all the details in decoration and furnishings- beautiful hotel"

Not only did she assist with sorting out my booking, but she also went above and beyond by accompanying me to the harbour. There, she spoke with the receptionist when they were unwilling to issue a physical ticket, as I couldn’t access my boarding pass. "There are English speaking front-desk staff members. The service is always courteous. The hotel is under-going renovation, according to the welcome letter put on the desk in the guest room. I am not sure if this is the reason that the western restaurant was closed during these days."
