"We stayed in the island lodge. The lodge itself is very nice, only downpoint of the actual lodge is lack of storage space in the kitchen. My biggest complaints about this place were 1. When making the booking it NEVER mentioned that the only way to access your lodge is via a small rowing boat. I kid you not. I was with a family of 5, and none of us had ever rowed a boat a day in our lives. Had i known this upfront i would never have booked this lodge. THIS ROOM IS NOT SUITABLE FOR ANYONE WITH...

"The chalet was clean and comfortable with all required amenities. There was plenty of seating outside in both the shade and the sun and it’s own tucked away car parking space. There was a washing machine, bikes, kayak and table tennis available on site which was quiet and tucked away over a little bridge from the village road. "We very much enjoyed staying at this property. It was in a nice area around a lot of coffee shops, restaurants and pubs. It was also closely situated to the Zoo and the University in a neighborhood of locals. This gave it a nice mix of energy while we were walking around. We could easily walk to Centraal Station, Rembrandt Square, and all of the major museums. There is a light rail stop one block away, which we also appreciated. "
