"I booked at the last minute via Expedia and selected the breakfast option. Slightly cheaper than the "official" Greene King site. Fantastic greeting by staff - the checking in procedure was very slick. The room was clean (two single beds - I only needed one). Bathroom had recently been refurbished. Best stay ever

"Had to get away for a few days due to some renovations at home so decided on torquay, was going to look at the Travelodge or premier inn but hotels.com recommend this one, good price and free breakfast what could go wrong? NOTHING, it was an absolutely fantastic stay and thank you to all the staff, professional, welcoming and helpful. I feel totally refreshed. "
