"The hostel location was really close to Buchenkamp U-Bahn station. ALDI supermarket was at the end of the road. The communication, via email and text messages, before arrival with the property manager was very good and the pre-arrival were instructions very clear (albeit some communication was in German). "Rezeption nie besetzt. Checkin steht auf Webseite 17 Uhr, ich komme an. Der Rezeptionist kommt um 18 Uhr mit der Mitteilung dass checkin erst um 18 uhr ist. Dabei hing am Brett der Zettel ebenfalls mit 17 Uhr. Konnte ich eine Stunden warten. Dann war das eine WC von oben bis unten vollgebrochen oder fäkal verunreinigt für einen Tag. Wollte Bescheid geben, aber keiner da und an das Notfall telefon ging niemand. Dann der Hinweis bei ankunft dass sie eig voll wären, udn die Buchung über Expedia...

"The property is located on a side street, which is wonderful. It is quiet and sleeping works well. These are singke rooms but each floor has a shared bathroom, which I didn't realize.
