"We liked the setup at the hotel. It looks really nice. It was set up for the guests to watch the Eurocup match. The only thing we didn't like is the driveway into the hotel is oddly setup and easy to miss. But that is minor. I would put up some better signs."

"Staff were lovely and the hotel, rooms, beds, everything inside, very clean. Breakfast was good and there were lots of options. It's not the most upscale neighbourhood and being very close to Reeperbahn, there are some people living on the street. They are not aggressive and I never felt unsafe, even very late and walking alone (female). Plenty of drunk party people around as it's that kind of neighbourhood. Close to the S Bahn, so very easy to get around."

"Staff was incredibly professional, friendly and helpful. Bus and intercity train station less than 5 minute walk away and can get you to any area in Hamburg easily and not very expensive. Clean, safe transit system! Room was spacious, bed was very comfortable and had air conditioning that worked very well. Would absolutely stay here again of travelling to Hamburg "
