The communication, via email and text messages, before arrival with the property manager was very good and the pre-arrival were instructions very clear (albeit some communication was in German). Dabei hing am Brett der Zettel ebenfalls mit 17 Uhr. Konnte ich eine Stunden warten. Dann war das eine WC von oben bis unten vollgebrochen oder fäkal verunreinigt für einen Tag.
