"Great location! I stayed here in December 2024, I had some problems with the room, but they were resolved quickly. The rooms are a good size, but you may need earplugs as you can hear everything happening outside your room - from the elevator, to other guests in the hall etc. There we no real curtains, but they weren't needed as the shutters did a great job. It's not so much a hotel, you stay in a room in an 'apartment', the lift is at the end of a corridor, outside. But it was a pleasant enough...

"Everything about the property was good including the staff who are quite helpful. The only item that could be substantially improved is the water pressure on the 5th floor suites. We had two rooms on that floor but the water pressure was so low that the Bidets were completely usable. "

"Very clean, modern and ideal for city break accommodation. No staff on site check in and out done over WhatsApp which makes it difficult if you have questions, and generally how to get in and out of the building. The door handle on our door was missing so we struggled shutting the door everytime we left without having to slam it shut. "

"This place and the owner, Gabriella, were perfect. She was extremely helpful and kind. The building is a cool authentic Roman building in an authentic residential neighborhood, but just a 10 or fifteen minute walk from the Colosseum and the Forum. I walked the whole city from the location, but if you don't want to walk, there is a metro station that will get you anywhere on the corner. In this neighborhood, it seems like every time you turn a corner, you come across ancient Roman history. If...

The staff is actually very welcoming and friendly like they’re happy to see you - which is been refreshing. It’s nice to feel welcomed and a Syed as a guest in hospitality. There were several properties we stayed at on this trip and this by far the BEST hotel. "

"It’s a little tiny mobile home, but it has everything in it that you need. The convenience was definitely something that made it work even though it was so small. The great thing is is there’s a restaurant and a small grocery store on the property, which was fantastic to have available"

"A wonderful stay in the heart of Rome! We recently stayed at the Gioberti Hotel during our visit to Rome, and we couldn’t have been more pleased with our experience. The hotel is perfectly located, just a stone’s throw away from Termini Station, making it convenient for exploring the city or catching a train to other destinations. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure a warm welcome. They were professional, friendly, and always ready to assist with any questions or recommendations for nearby attractions and restaurants. Our room was spacious, clean, and with modern amenities. The breakfast buffet was good, delicious, fresh, and with plenty of options to choose from. Landmarks, such as the Colosseum and Piazza Venezia, which are within easy reach. Overall, Gioberti Hotel exceeded our expectations. We would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Rome. "
