"The room we had was clean, the bed was comfortable. I definitely recommend eating at their restaurant, it was excellent. We missed the included breakfast however they packed some pastries for us to eat in the car. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. "

"If I could give more stars I would! What a beautiful unique place! the staff was like a family & took such good care of us. For dinner they went to their garden & brought back fresh vegetables to cook for us ONLY! It was magical & a beautiful escape from busy Rome! I will definitely go again! "

"We stayed one night here en route to the Amalfi Coast. On arrival the reception area was messy and gave a poor first impression. There was plenty of parking and we were able to move our car to an area just outside our room which was handy for us. The room itself was very disappointing. The decor was dreadful and dated, poorly maintained and it really did need a renovation. The furniture was old and tatty and just dumped in there. "Room was spacious and recently renovated. Great location and very close to Frascati. Lots of parking space. It would have been great if the room had a coffee maker. Lots of dust at gravel parking area. In general a good place to stay but can be improved."

"Tenuta Cusmano was a highlight in our 11 day trip to Italy. It's an easy drive from the Rome Ciampino airport. Grottaferrata is a charming town, just a few short minutes from Tenuta Cusmano. We took a taxi to the neighboring town of Frascati everyday to catch the train into metropolitan Rome. The train was easy to navigate, and allowed us to leave our car at Tenuta Cusmano every day, so as to avoid the ZTLs. We stayed three nights. "This hotel newly opened late December 2024 so has yet to have a full year in the hospitality but do not let that put you off. The staff are really friendly and help in any way they can. The location is in the suburbs of Rome and not in walking distance of the main tourist attractions but these are only a short bus ride away. The location allows for some peace away from the bustling city of Rome with some beautiful views. Our room was amazing, clean with good facilities including a coffee machine! I am sure as this hotel is oniy in its infancy within hospitality provision so likely to get even better. I woukd definitely stay here again if lucky enough to visit the beautiful city of Rome."
