"The property, rooms and surrounding gardens are just wonderful. Picturesque and very peaceful. The rooms are stunning. Only thing we missed was any guidance, signs etc to point to reception and breakfast area. It's a little search and find. Also there was no coffee or bar service as mentioned as all was closed, so I would recommend to enquire beforehand if you plan to use these facilities. "Pros: Great location, so close to Piazza del Duomo, restaurants etc. We had the attic room which was big enough for our one night stay (2 adults and 1 child). Comfy beds and good WiFi. Breakfast was good value and staff were very friendly and helpful. Cons: Cleanliness of room could be improved, black mould in bathroom and lampshade likely due to lack of ventilation in attic rooms"
