"Loved the location, layout and design of property. I would have given it 5 stars, exceptfor the fact that the sofa bed mattress was covered with dog hair and filth from outside. There was also a spot under the sofa of dog barf/pee that needs to be cleaned up. Otherwise, we absolutely loved the place. The deck over river was so nice. I do think their homeowners association really needs to clean up the exterior of the building, and do a total paint job,. Why pay hoa fees if some doesn't go...

"This property is a great place to stay when visiting Helen. We actually walked everywhere, other than when we went to visit Anna Ruby Falls. It's just about a mile walk into the heart of Helen and easily accessible by sidewalks and easy road crossings. The place itself was so welcoming, comfortable and provided a wonderful place for our downtime in the midst of all the Oktoberfest activity. We had all the comforts and necessities that we needed. We had one small issue with the main kitchen...

"We met up with some family for a reunion. This was less than a mile to the city center walking. This has plenty of room and all of the essentials you need. It was nice to have a place away from the hustle and bustle to relax. Oktoberfest is a blast, I highly recommend visiting this town and staying with this host! "

"The townhome was very clean and roomie for all 6 of us ladies. The cleaning crew went above and beyond, extremely friendly during our stay. The beds are all comfortable as well. The location is a bit far for walking to the heart of Helen, but it is just a short drive. It was easy to get back and forth to the townhome. Be prepared for a lot of stairs and walking up a hill when bringing in luggage. It is a beautiful and quiet place to stay."

"We enjoyed this house!! We were able to walk to and get to all the main restaurants and bars!! Although, it is a long walk and all up hill on the way back. Which we didn't mind at all! "The place was great. Great location and beds were very comfy. Will def stay here again. Just be aware there are stairs that you must go up to reach the front door and 2-bedrooms are upstairs so if you have any trouble with stairs this is not your place. But for us it was wonderful. Next time we will be staying a little longer. (only stayed 1-night on our way to Gatlinburg)"

"This was our first time visiting Helen but it won’t be our last. The rental was perfect for what we wanted…on the water so we could enjoy the sound of the river, within walking distance of restaurants and other attractions, and stocked with pretty much everything needed to enjoy our time there. Communication with the rental company was great as well. Our favorite spot was on the screened porch!"
