"I was very impressed with our room at the Quest. Comfortable, clean and we had a good night's sleep. The shower was powerful and hot; however, the recess is a bit small. We had a lovely balcony that overlooked trees and considering the road out the front it was quiet. The staff were so helpful and friendly and assisted in every way they could. The Quest is not near the railway station, and it took us about 15 minutes to walk there. Shops & pubs in the area are quite pricey but I suppose that...

"Perfect location, unfortunately Victoria cross station construction ongoing. Clean room with nice efficiency kitchen. Bed a little bouncy for 2 people with jet lag but mattress super comfortable and nice bedding. Front desk staff so nice and helpful. Laundry easy. Cafe downstairs has great coffee and food. "

"Shower floor slightly slippery/grimey but otherwise toilet, sink, kitchenette, bed and room quite tidy and clean. Air conditioner did have a dripping sound constantly, but worked well/fast so could turn it off after it cooled the room. Very cordial and no fuss service at reception both on check in and check out. Overall reasonably good."
