The room was very clean and the bathroom was modern and clean. The breakfast was top quality with professional staff doing the catering and making coffee. "Great hotel, apart from the fact that the room was far too hot and despite asking the team, the heating could not be switched off. On the second night I therefore had to sleep with the window open. Otherwise, great breakfast and dinner, nice and helpful reception team, great atmosphere."

"We booked a last minute stay at this hotel for New Years Eve. We booked two rooms, and both were upgraded to have a lake view, and the hotel was kind enough to give us connecting rooms since we were there with our two tween sons. The hotel was in a PERFECT - PERFECT location!! The rooms were comfortable and had balconies. We would have had a perfect spot to watch all of the NYE fireworks, if not for the fact that our sons wanted to be on the lakefront. :) I absolutely recommend this hotel for a stay in Como!!!"

"Best location on the lake. At the entrance. You can walk along the lake or Como centre. Staff very polite and room was comfortable. I recommend if you don’t want to drive to far on the lake as the route is very tight."
