"The staff were most helpful in meeting all my needs and providing all necessary information for me to get through the hotel; retained my luggage temporarily when asked for; provided a comfortable bedroom with excellent facilities; and even helped me get back into my room when I inadvertently locked myself out. The transport links from here are convenient, but it is testament to the hard work of the staff that they made my stay as stress-free as possible. Would certainly recommend for anyone going to ExCeL London or nearby."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s just 5 minutes drive from Bluewater Shopping Centre. The room was quite basic but had a hairdryer and kettle with tea and coffee. It was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. Would definitely stay again."
