The reception staff was incredibly helpful, as our mobiles were not working and my luggage did not make the transatlantic flight. "Just had a lovely stay. Our room was clean, tastefully decorated and had everything we wanted. We had a great view of Brands Hatch and could even see a bit of the track. Easy parking and a short walk to the track. Breakfast was tasty with a great selection of fruit, cereals, croissants and cooked breakfast. We ate in the restaurant and bar. All our meals were delicious. I can especially recommend the ChitTikka Masala with naan bread and popadom. The staff were very polite accommodating. We mentioned to one guy in the restaurant that our room was a little cold and when we returned he’d arranged for a heater and it was switched on! "

"Room itself was really quite nice, bed was very comfortable. The walls were paper-thin, so pray for quiet neighbours! The outside bathrooms (in their little outhouses) were a bit odd, just as well it wasn't too cold this weekend else that would have been unpleasant. The whole place seemed a bit tired and rundown, but it was serviceable enough. Good comms from the hotel pre-arrival which was appreciated. Very convenient for the station (10 mins walk and then the Elizabeth Line straight into the city centre). It was fine for a cheap budget option"
