"Ralph was very nice, quickly responded, took my phone calls when I was trying to get directions to the building from the airport. Ralph came to our room to show us how to turn on heat if needed and reset water heater so we could get hot water for shower. This was a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit but when one person was showering, the 2nd bathroom could not get any hot water to shower even in the face bowl. "The bed was uncomfortable and the room is smaller than appears in the picture. There is not a lot of space in the bathroom, no where to hang towels or to even place toilet paper. "The location made it easy to catch a train to everywhere we needed to go in London with a very short walk. That was very convenient. The apartment fit our family of four well and had everything we needed for a cozy, comfortable stay. Grocery stores are close by, which we used to buy what we needed for breakfasts to cook at the apartment, saving us some money. Great communication from the hosts as well. "

"The studio was lovely and well kept. Modern and great for a night's stay. We stayed in the summer and It is very hot inside, the owner does provide a fan which was a godsend. My only real issue was there's an excessive amount of mould and mildew in the shower. I wouldn't normally put it as a issue because mould in grout is common, difficult to remove and not a big deal but this was also on the surface of the tiles which can be dealt with. Unfortunately the host read and ignored my messages and emails as well as communications from the property manager (they weren’t much help either), for reasons unknown.
