"The staff couldn’t be more welcoming and friendly! Was so happy with the convenience of being near a Coop and the restaurant/bar nearby. Was able to have a delicious meal there one evening. The room was spacious, clean and well equipped with everything I needed. There wasn’t any noise from the other rooms apart from the doors slamming occasionally. The hotel in general was very quiet. Am definitely booking to stay here again whilst I am working in the area. Very happy! "

"The Hotel was clean and staff was very nice . The only thing I miss was that the was no room Service and no phones in the room to Ring the reception and if u need any Assistant u will have to go down to the reception. The parking was not free and was very expensive . If u have to stay for a Long period of time it can be very costly."

"Our first choice when visiting London. A great hotel with a fabulous terrace for a coffee or a cocktail, soaking up the sun. Easy access to the city and great to pop over to the O2 on the cable car for dinner. Lovely meal in the restaurant one night with attentive service from Klea."
