"Room Mate Luca is an amazing place! Would highly recommend! Only a 10 minute walk to the center and/or the Duomo. Room was very cozy and clean and well set up. Breakfast was outstanding every morning. Most of all the staff at the front desk were very very helpful, personable and incredible! "Room Mate Isabella boasts an unbeatable location, placing you right in the heart of the action with easy access to major attractions, dining, and shopping. While the central setting does mean some street noise, the provided earplugs are a thoughtful touch. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, and their assistance with luggage on the many stairs was greatly appreciated. "I would definitely recommend this hotel. It is perfect for a stay in Florence. I have stayed here whilst visiting Florence previously, which is why we chose this hotel again. Everything about it is wonderful, the staff, the rooms, the location. It was also my husbands birthday whilst we were there and he received a lovely unexpected gift from the manager. "

"The location is extremely convenient - close, but not too close, to the train station and walkable to a major sites in Florence. This was my second stay here and it lived up to expectations. The breakfast room has a fantastic view of the Duomo and the city - plus an excellent buffet with very good coffee. One nice, unusual amenity at the hotel is a complimentary minibar that is restocked daily. "
