"Great place to stay, close to winery's and shops downtown. Overall the property was very nice, But the carpet in the bedrooms was not that clean looking. Also the towels in the linen closet and bathrooms were still damp. They were clearly clean, but probably just not dried long enough. "

" Very clean and pretty. A few of the jets did not work in hit tub but wasnt a deal breaker. Didn't really care about all the things they expect you to do. Start dishwasher, clean dishes (which i understand). They also want the towels started in wash and bed stripped and in a pile and all trash carried to the dumpster. A cleaning fee was already paid for. They also either make you pay a non refundable fee for insurance or charge a huge fee (refundable) if everything is "approved" by...

"Check-in was very easy. The host were very quick to respond. The house was only a 2-3 minute drive from Main street which was perfect. Not too far from the vineyards either. I would definitely come back and stay here again. 10/10 recommend. "

"Our stay at this cottage was wonderful. The location was peaceful yet close to local shops and activities. The cottage itself is beautifully decorated, clean, and cozy with lots of natural light. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the bedroom was comfortable. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the rocking chairs on the front porch.Overall, this was the perfect getaway, and we’ll definitely be back."

"Our visit was a surprise anniversary trip that my friends helped plan and be a part of. We enjoyed every minute in the house, inside and out. We all said we’d definitely stay at The Rosemary again. So close to everything we had planned, and all super cute and perfect amount of space for our 4 person group. "

"Just like the name, this precious home is a charmer!!! When we drove up we instantly were drawn to this little cottage's curb appeal. Whoever restored this little place did a phenomenal job keeping its former beauty intact; while also being updated with modern amenities. It reminded my husband and myself of our first home purchase 29 years ago. We thoroughly enjoyed being here so much that we lingered longer there before going out to explore!!"

"This is the most spectacular getaway place ever! The cottage ( Moonlight specifically) is perfect for a couple. Hot tub is the absolute greatest, morning coffee with the deer (probably 20-30) is next best. The host is on top of everything, beginning to end. Could not have found a better place!! ❤️"

"This was one of the most unique stays! You have to stay here on your stay in Fredericksburg! The train car was decorated in authentic (or what appeared to be) furnishings, especially highlighting President Theodore Roosevelt. It was bigger than expected. The days and nights were very quiet and peaceful. It will help if you bring a small flashlight to use if walking back at night because it can be dark as you approach the train car. "We stayed in cottage 21 in January. Arrived in evening, parked in assigned covered space right next to our cottage, got the new heater going with a kind little maintenance man, and enjoyed everything about this cute property. Spotlessly clean, loved the nice big shower, & great water pressure. Got a great recommendation that evening for the best steak we’ve ever eaten! Shopped next day, & on to our next adventure. Thank you for an excellent stay. It should get 200 stars!"

Exceeded our expectations

"This was a last minute trip to get away from the cold weather in Dallas. We decided to go, found the cabin and got on the road all in an hour. The cabin was clean (most importantly and not always the case with other properties), ROOMY, quiet, cute and convenient! Just a few minutes from Main Street in FB and not much further from our favorite place, people and music at Johnny Nichols’ Hill Top Cafe. We were back in Dallas in 24 hours so, we will definitely go back to experience the outdoor common area and the walking trail to the Perdnales River in the spring. Seamless check in and out online. "

Anniversary weekend

"We really enjoyed our stay. Our suite was 7 and we loved the ground floor with wood burning fireplace. We also liked the proximity to the outdoor covered seating spaces with wood burning fireplace and coffee station. Our favorite part was the breakfast basket brought every morning. It was tasty and filling and so convenient. "
