"The hotel is ideal to visit Port Sunlight or the Lady Lever art gallery. Its very central and 6/7 minutes walk from the station. The staff were friendly however its showing its age and many carpets were worn through and the feel is very 1960s. It was clean enough but room service was minimalistic. Biggest problem was the restaurant as my partner is vegetarian and gluten free and there was nothing for her on the massive menu and staff wouldn't make sides into a meal. If you are a meat/wheat...

"Extremely comfortable bed and room was large and spotless as was the bathroom. Had an evening meal which was very good and staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast was excellent and once again staff were friendly and polite."

"Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The prices per night was reasonable. This hotel is in a really good location in central Manchester - a 8 to 10-minute walk to Arndale and 10 to 15-minute walk to Piccadilly Station. Definitely recommend"
