"A warm and cozy reapte from the cold weather in Ottawa. At the foot of the Rideau Canal where I skated for an entire day. A real treat!"

"We are elders with poor knees/hips. Bathtub/shower side was high and thus difficult. There were no safety bars or grips to assist getting over side safely. Surprised at this omission in this day and age and we never thought to ask if there was any handicap provisions in some rooms. Otherwise, all was fantastic."

"This hotel was a great find in downtown Ottawa. The location is a 10-15 minute walk to the Byward Market but the reasonable price more than makes up for this minor inconvenience. I'm not sure how old the property is but it is like new and spotlessly clean. The rooms are large, modern and comfortable. The staff is pleasant and the reasonably-priced underground parking provides a safe (and warm) place to keep your car. My only suggestions would be to add a door mat in the rooms to keep the water and salt from boots off the ceramic floor at the entrance to the rooms and to add a recycling bin to each room. Otherwise, this was a perfect stay and this is now my go-to hotel when visiting Ottawa."
