Bathroom was not clean or easy to access at times since it was in the apartment hallway. Shower did not provide consistent hot water so we didn’t get to shower each day which was a disappointment. "I was lead to believe (from hotels.com presentation) I had a cabin with a private hot tub, and would therefore expect an en-suite. I had a double room with shared facilities, very poor accessible shower. Room was clean and fine for my needs. I didn’t read the fine print so had difficulty in gaining entry, but after numerous phone calls (answer phone messages) and a prolonged email chat, access was afforded. "Very clean, great breakfast and good service. My main issue was the water heater in the bedroom. When it went off it was like a jet engine mainly late evening but at times through the night and for around an hour at 6am. I was in room 5 so if a light sleeper do not have that room. "
