"The house was fantastic. Very well equipped and the younger boys loved the bunk bed room (especially the tv in their room). The town centre is easily accessible from the house and so is open walking space. Lovely beaches within easy reach and breakfast or lunch at the Guardhouse Café on Berry Head is a must. The owner was great. Fantastic communication and a lovely selection of goodies on arrival. Highly recommended this property."

"What can we say other than “absolutely fabulous “. The house is amazing with beautiful views and facilities. Every bedroom is a good size so no one felt disadvantaged . The pool is perfect and beautifully warm . A big advantage is the local pub where we enjoyed a wonderful Sunday Roast . We felt very privileged to stay here and will visit again ."

Some updating needed of facilities which has been fed back. "We had a fantastic few days in Brixham, so glad we booked to stay here. The views are spectacular, even on a grey November day. The apartment is well equipped and has everything you need. Hot shower, comfortable bed, yards from the sea, Shoalstone pool (which had just closed for the winter but a few brave souls were in the sea) and the South West Coast Path. A bonus to have free off road parking. The hosts are friendly and helpful. Thank you Kevan and Gemma, we will definitely be back! "

"Fabulous property in a perfect location. Communication with Tony, was excellent from start to finish. The property was everything we needed for the week, even if the weather maybe was not. A fabulous space even with 3 teenagers. But the piece de resistance has to be the view! We could have sat on that deck all day every day and never moved! It was mesmorising.
