"Don’t hesitate to stay at this very special hotel! The setting is beautiful with lovely views, gardens, lake and man -made beach. We took the bird/flora tour and the wine tasting, both were fantastic! The choice of leisure activities is awesome, something for everyone! Breakfasts were just the best with so much choice (the fruit and freshly baked bread and pastries were exceptional). Above all, a big thank you to the staff who, without exception, could not do enough for you with a smile and a greeting. Special mention to Alex, customer relations, who sent us wine and macaroons and was so helpful, Mona in the restaurant who anticipated our every need and was such fun! The lovely, bubbly (great English!) lady on reception who took the bird tour. Wonderful holiday, ten out of ten."

"We love the Jardim! The location is excellent. The rooms are clean and comfortable. All of the staff are friendly and so helpful! The breakfast is delicious and offers so many wonderful options! Just the best! We love the little downstairs bar! This is our third stay while in Loule."

"We had to leave our original hotel /resort of Albufeira as it was completely unsuitable -so booked this one at last minute -it stood out as being completely accessible, staff are really welcoming and helpful -it is a few hundred yards from the most beautiful beach complete with beach restaurant, beds and good restaurants nearby. The Breakfast Room is excellent with great buffet selection - all round -highly recommended!"
