"The staff are exceptional. Very helpful and friendly . The hotel is spotless and the food excellent , breakfast and evening meal My only comments would be it isn’t quite a 5 star hotel.The indoor heated pool is within the Spa so entrance fee applies. The sun beds do not have cushions just towels and we didn’t have help with luggage out / into taxi as no one about , but a friendly member of staff did bring it to room . Overall a very enjoyable stay and we look forward to returning "

"We booked this on a bit of a last minute family trip and it turned out to be a delight. The breakfast and dinner are fantastic, all the staff are very friendly and lots of them made a fuss of our children and kept them smiling. Drinks are reasonably priced, our family room was spacious. We had a partial sea view that we were happy with. Room service did a great job tidying up each day. There’s no bad things I have to say about the place, just wish the weather was better but you can’t have it...

"This was our 8th stay at the Ria , and it still offers great value for money. Excellent location , easy walk to beach , and within a short drive to all the amazing restaurants in the area. "This beautiful new resort made for a lovely vacation. The location is very nice, in the middle of a golf course, the staff is excellent, great breakfast, very tasteful decor. Our room was super comfortable, especially the nice big, firm bed. If you require an American King, this bed will not disappoint! "This may sound funny, but I give this place five stars based solely on the quality of their staff. The facilities and infrastructure are in need of updating, and staying there during the off-season during a cool temperature snap didn’t help… but the overall guest experience is excellent. If this staff were representing a brand new resort, they would never have an opening. Worth the stay just to experience what quality service really means."

"We really enjoyed our stay at The Aquashow Hotel. My daughter and I stayed there for 6-days. We were in Loulé for the Loulé cup that my daughter was competing in. The hotel is very clean and walking distance to the WAter park. There is a nice indoor and outdoor pool. The staff are very nice and accommodating, and the rooms are spacious. In addition, the breakfast and dinner buffet are delicious. Many great food options. We truly enjoyed our stay. "
