"The property was amazing but we had one night with out any air conditioning and had to follow up multiple times to get it fixed. Till the last day it was not cooling properly. I feel if you pay so much, and come for a special occasion you should be able to enjoy a good nights sleep. Other hotels would usually comp something or the other but there was no adjustment made. "

"We stayed a week at the hotel. The staff were very friendly, and the room and other facilities and breakfast buffet were brilliant. What could improve a longer stay (like ours) is more food options for the evening (more casual dining options too), clearer roles for staff serving in the restaurant (some confusion there), and a heated outside spa pool. Other than that - really great!"

"Resort is catered to families but not well executed. Food was quite overpriced compared to restaurants in town. Kid club area and toys are quite dirty and run down. Childrens waterpark was great. Pools nice. They had bouncey castles and remote control cars for kids that was quite fun. Overall nice variety of activities in the resort. "Great stay! Super nice infrastructure, amazing rooms, restaurant, bar, common areas... Staff is very friendly and polite. Easy parking. Great location. Beautiful building! "

"Apartment style. Dirty and stained sheets. No sleeping pillows. Cobwebs and spiders in the bathroom and a colony of ants in the living room. Breakfast was a fixed menu of stale pastries and frozen/not fresh fruit, no buffet. Overall more of a 2-3 star experience than 5 star. "

"We really enjoyed our one bedroom apartment with full kitchen etc. Only one negative comment, during our 3 nights stay there we’re many golfers groups and they party all hours since early morning to late night "
