"Never any towels in the pool area"

"We book this hotel for the indoor pool and the relaxed atmosphere for a fun New Years Eve trip with kids. They love it, they have a blast, and the staff is great. The only downside is the people who book the same time and complain about noise…it is a kid friendly hotel…on NYE….so do not expect a quiet retreat. We had numerous calls from the front desk, thinking it was our room and it was not. There was a ton of kids in the hallway and surrounding rooms and after the 2nd call, I had to laugh because my boys were in bed. And I would prefer the kids to have fun and make those memories in the hotel with family so not sure why people complain in the first place so I loved hearing the noise and all the kids enjoying their trip!"

"The room was clean and had no strange smells. It was spacious and allowed us to spread out a little. The bathroom had an odd configuration but nothing that was inconvenient to our stay. Excellent service, the best in town."

"Beautiful property. Loved that the hot tub was not under roof and could enjoy the night sky while sitting in it. Enjoyed fire in the nice fire pit area. The cabin was very spacious and updated, had all the amenities needed. We had a wonderful, relaxing weekend. Thank you for sharing your property!"
