Riverfront Vacation Home has 3 Bedrooms and 2 Full Bathrooms with Central Air Conditioning, located on 1.34 acres on the Wally Road Scenic Byway. Back yard features private stone beach on the Mohican River, perfect for launching/landing of your own canoes, kayaks, or tubes. Easy access to the water allows for fishing, swimming, or river sitting while watching others play in the water. We are located just 2 miles down river from Mohican Adventures and 3.2 miles from the main entrance to Mohican State Park. Enjoy spending your days by the river or hiking at the park and relaxing evenings around the fire.
Living Room: 42 inch LCD TV with HD Directv, Sofa, Love Seat, Chair

Bedroom Three: Full Bed, Full over Twin Bunk Bed, and a Twin Mattress that is stored under the Bunk Bed that can be pulled out and used anywhere in the house.
We Sleep 10 in beds. There are two full length couches that take our absolute maximum occupancy to 12. Will consider larger groups, please inquiry first so we can have the property best prepared to meet your groups needs.

Kitchen: Refrigerator, Range/Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Standard Coffee Maker, Blender, Crock Pot, Toaster, several pots and pans. Dinnerware and cutlery to accommodate 12 people.

Outside Amenities: Propane BBQ with Propane Provided. Picnic Table, outdoor chairs River Fire Ring, Fire Pit between House and River.

The Security Deposit of $250 is a hold, not a charge, on your Credit/Debit Card from a day before check-in until 7 days after checkout. Your card is only charged if I claim damage during that timeframe. If I do not claim damage during that timeframe, the hold will be automatically released from your card on the 7th day after checkout. Since the card account is not technically charged, just held, the hold that you see on your online statement may just disappear instead of showing as a credit. I will always contact you to discuss any damages prior to charging your card. Please ignore any other posts that states we will collect the security deposit at the house. This is inaccurate and there is currently not an option to remove that language. Sorry for any confusion.
