"Overall it was a good trip. The location was a little further out from town than we liked. 15 minutes to a DG and 25-30 minutes to fast food. We were running a lot for our stay, so this made it a little inconvenient. The marina restaurant was closed for the season. If you were staying at the lake and cooking, it would work better. The driveway was a little tricky backing the boat down, but we managed. An absolute beautiful view off the deck! The host is so great to work with. Very responsive and...

"Fall break for our son going to UT. We just wanted to get away and this was the place. We enjoyed the lake and home. Outdoor dinning in the area and boat rental for a day was easy and fair priced. Would visit again."

"Wonderful property on Watts-Barr lake with a dock. 3rd year in a row coming down for Labor Day with friends. The dock is awesome for swimming with kiddos and keeping the boat. The boat ramp is only 10 minutes away. The water slide from the top level is thrilling for sure! The house was clean and stocked generously with cookware and dishes. Great views of the sunset and wildlife abound. Definitely on our list of places to come back to. "

"Overall good. The location is convenient to Knoxville and Maryville with a very quiet and country feel. Pluses are two very nice bedrooms that were very comfortable. Fridge is large and works well. On site laundry is a plus. Spacious living a kitchen complete the soace. The hot tub is older and amost of the jets don’t work. I"

"This house was perfect for our motorcycle trip to do the Tail of the Dragon, Cherohola Skyway and all the great riding in the area. The house was very clean and had everything that we needed for the 7 night stay. Liked the shampoo and conditioner and body wash in the showers. Beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet . We loved it. Thanks! "
