"My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Bella, Bluetick Tavern, Vienna Coffee, the Blount County Library, and the Maryville Greenway were all things that we enjoyed experiencing and being within walking distance of. The room was clean, homey, and had everything we could have hoped for. James was easy to communicate with and very helpful. We were expecting bad weather for our drive home so James helped us extend our stay by an additional day. Highly recommend!"

"The loft was almost ideal. Two things could’ve made it perfect: (1) better water pressure and more hot water in shower, and (2) better selection of TV channels … especially during football season. Neither was close to a deal breaker, though … very cool place, well-equipped and GREAT location. We’ll definitely stay there again."

"The property is part of a commercial site. Which is fine, there is a lack of views from the rear deck. That being said. The host is very friendly and helpful. The place is beautifully decorated. If we find ourselves needing to stay near Ten Mile, TN again, we will definitely check for availability."

"Owner was quick and responsive to my questions. Overall, property was as advertised and was in a central location to our activities. The property could use a full-length mirror - that would definitely help when getting dressed. Also, the closet needs hangers included, I didn't think to pack my own from home. Other than that, we had an enjoyable stay and would recommend it to others. "

"Christie & Alf’s place was great and had all the basics I needed for my weekend stay. I’m local to the area and I can confirm that it is in a peaceful and safe location. Convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, and the airport. Christie was very kind and easy to communicate with. The shower water got nice and hot, beds were comfortable, and everything was tidy and clean. They also provide Spectrum TV service which was much appreciated. I would stay here again! "
