"Staff were really friendly and helpful! Hotel is a little dated but if you look beyond this the good energy outweighs. Room was clean and nicely stocked with towels, coffee/tea and toiletries. Would recommend "

We saw the same manager on shift Saturday evening, we had some drinks at the bar, watched her and the colleague she was with smoothly deal with customers checking in/out and still having a natter with us.
