"Lovely two night stay in YHA Boscastle. The receptionist was super helpful in suggesting places to eat etc. The room was clean and functional and there were plenty of bathrooms nearby. "

"Basic room as advised Paid upfront but they asked for payment on arrival! Food on site OK Issue raised with staff who didn't really help "

We had book a hotel in st ives and it was confirmed but when we reach there the hotel owner said it was cancelled weeks ago and hotels.com still confirmed our booking. When I asked for refund they said I haves to book new hotel through them or I don’t get a refund. All the hotels were way too expensive I had no choice but the To take hotel 40min drive away from st ives. The customers service from hotels.com was very poor,...

"Great place for a family get together. Plenty of room to spread out. Hot tub and games room were well used. The house is bright, modern and comfortable. Some of the double bedrooms were smaller than expected but fine overall. Beds were very comfortable. It was useful to have extra living space in the annexe. The lounge there became a temporary home office. One downside-the dishwasher was not adequate for the number of people staying at full occupancy. We spent too much time at the kitchen sink....

"Having had a couple of hectic months we needed somewhere to relax and unwind and this place was perfect. Well equipped and with comfortable beds and seating plus a perfectly set-up kitchen it ticked all the boxes. We would not hesitate on returning."

"Beautiful, elegant hotel with lovely public rooms, ie bar, restaurant. My room had a great sea view. The wall paper was a little dated, but nothing to worry about. When I ran a bath the water was brown - I guess because of either old pipes or recycled rainwater? But it would have been good to have a note explaining it in the bathroom, so I felt reassured to take my bath (I didn't!). Staff were exceptionally nice and helpful on the whole. The views, the walks and the convenient sporting equipment were great, looking forward to using them next visit."
