"This hotel is literally less than a 5 minute walk from the train station. This is a sister hotel, so you need to check in at the main hotel which is about a 2 minute walk. This is where there breakfast is served, which was more than adequate to start the day. Our room had a balcony with partial lake view, which was nice in the evening. I would stay here again if back in Varenna."

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Aria Retreat & Spa. The room, the view—everything was exceptional and made us feel completely at home. All the staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. A special thank you to Matteo, who assisted us with both check-in and check-out and made everything seamless. We had a minor issue with the shower on the day we arrived, but it was resolved promptly that same evening, showing the team’s great responsiveness. Our entire stay was so relaxing and peaceful. One of the highlights was enjoying the in-room breakfast on the balcony overlooking the beautiful lake—it was the perfect and most pleasant way to start each day. Thank you again for such a memorable experience. We can’t wait to come back!"
