The villa itself was incredible, the views were absolutely breathtaking, and it was perfect in every way. "Delighted to be given an apartment rather than room for the night. Very spacious and cool. Excellent location for walking to lake and good free parking a few minutes walk away. Breakfast was delivered early next morning. A good selection of food including fresh pastry/bread, coffee, teas and juice. Our only issue was shortage of cutlery which we reported at check out and the owner was not aware any was missing. "

"Very beautiful and quiet place BUT the address on the hotels.com app is completely wrong!!!! If you are seeking a relaxing place in the middle of the mountains, this is a good place. However it is very difficult to reach. Search for "Ristorante Val Colla B&B" and you will find the correct location. It is in Bogno, not Gandria. "

"This was our third visit and as always everything was impeccable. A tiny bed and breakfast in the heart of Chiavenna that out performs some of the bigger hotels in the area. Beautiful room (No 2) with compact but really attractive shower room, coffee making machine and fridge. Easy check in and personalised breakfast order taken. Monica is so welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. We will be back"

Tucked in the hillside of Piuro, near Chiavenna, with a beautiful view.
