"Lovely welcome package - helpful guide from the owner and beautiful views. Comfortable sleeping for seven guests and good cooking appliances and cutlery. Lots to do in area and close to boat hire and water sports hire places. Good restaurants nearby in Sorico. The natural spring is quite challenging to get to but a good adventure. No complaints - would recommend! "

"The property is located at a quiet smaller hillside town along Lake Como with 2 daily ferries. We were impressed by the cleanness, how roomy the house was, and the unbeatable view of the lake with the mountain backdrop from the balconies. The house had everything needed for our short stay. The local grocery store is a 3-min drive down the mountain and the nearby restaurant served fresh Italian pasta and pizza. "We chose Ca' Mia for our brief visit to the Lake Como area largely because it's location suited our anticipated day trip plans. Access to the Menaggio and Cadenabbia ferry stations was very convenient and allowed us to get back and forth across Lake Como both with and without our vehicle. We also enjoyed visiting Villa Carlotta which was very close to Ca' Mia. The rental property is tucked into a residential section on the side of the hills above Menaggio so there is no view of Lake Como from...
