"Amazing hotel and stay. We came as a family of three with 10yo. The spa pool area is AMAZING, definitely make use of it! Hotel is well situated walking distance to attractions and public transport. Staff are wonderful. We left as the rains started and the lady at the front desk was fantastic, she helped us flag down a taxi and held an umbrella over us in the torrential downpours."

"Host Sara offered another apartment nearby as we were told there was no working wi-fi, but signal at alternative apartment was poor, and a very weak signal could only be obtained in the bedroom. We were given no details of facilities, location, or contact details if there was a problem. Apartment had a separate bedroom but as it was on the ground floor windows couldn't be left open. During our 3 night stay our towels were not changed, bins not emptied, and no toiletries were...
