"Great location if you want to be away from the crowds. The villa is clean, spacious and comfortable affording fabulous views across the Atlantic Ocean to La Gomera. The villa is located in Las Moraditas which is very quiet and around 1.5 miles (2.4 km) up the mountain from Adeje. There you will find 3 large supermarkets, restaurants and bars. A car is advisable as the road is steep and winding. Allessandro is a first class host and will promptly take care of any issues that may arise. "

"We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Villa to other larger groups and extended families. The Villa is well situated for walking to all areas around Costa Adeje and Plaza del Duque. The Villa itself is very spacious inside, with several lovely outdoor seating and lounging areas available. We had a slight issue with initial check in at the Villa but it was resolved by the host Elana and quickly forgotten once we began our fabulous holiday. "

"Booked a villa for a large family vacation. First of all, the location is great. The ocean, grocery store, and restaurants are within walking distance. The villa had everything you need for a stay, including soap and towels. A nice bonus was the pool and barbecue area. The villa comfortably accommodated 8 people, so I can recommend it for a large company. Overall, a pleasant experience"

"A very pleasant stay in a peaceful location, away from the hustle and bustle of the resorts. The house is equipped with everything needed. The host included a gluten-free diet option for one of our children in the welcome pack. I highly recommend this place for a family stay. An undeniable advantage is the heated pool, three bathrooms, and a well-equipped kitchen."

"Such a beautiful home set in the hillside overlooking the terraces of Arico Viejo with a sea view. Located only a half hour north of Tenerife South Airport, this tranquil location away from resorts was just what we needed. We visited in early January with sun most days and temperatures 22C/70F, and watched the sun rise over the ocean and set in the mountains behind the house. "Lovely villa with great outdoor space in a quiet residential area. Very comfortable bed and nice bedding and towels. Fully equipped kitchen and nice touch of fresh fruit and water left for our arrival. Down side is the noise from the stream of aeroplanes flying overhead. The villa is also very over looked both in the front and back. Some of the villa needs updating as we had trouble using the TV but with Miriam’s help, it was sorted. "

"We stay in Bischosfshofen on a yearly basis, to date this is the largest pool we have come across. On arrival a good selection of drinks for all ages were left for us which beats past experiences. The villa is set up for small children with stair gates in place. We had a few small issues, these were dealt with swiftly. Management team were pleasant to deal with. Great location for local restaurants and a short walk to the beach, the area never fails to reach our expectations! Thanks Top Kaneran"

"Our stay was very nice. The accomodation included everything we needed ( kitchen eqipment, outdoor seatings, washing machine etc) for a comfortable stay. Supermarkets, petrol stations etc were only 10 min away. Both, hiking spots as well as tourist areas such as Los Christianos, Los Gigantes were easy to reach. WLAN was good and strong and we could easily stream Netflix and Prime with our laptop in the evening since there was only Spanish TV available. The views ( sea and eventually La Gomera...

"A nice place, quite an uphill walk but 5 minutes in a taxi. Some apartments in need of an upgrade but nothing too serious. Snack bar and rooftop bar were both very good but disappointed in food in on site restaurant. Good value for money and would return"

"Brilliant stay at the hard rock hotel. 3 pools to choose from, manage to get a lounger no problem. Breakfast was brilliant and you could get a mimosa as you came in to breakfast which was a nice touch. We enjoyed the singers that were on in the evenings, particularly the Queen tribute band. This hotel is a bit further out but we got a taxi for about 22 euros into las americas one night. Check out staff were helpful and stored our luggage and let us keep the towel card until we were leaving. On check in they tried to charge us but we had already paid on Expedia, the manager sorted this and said it was an error on their systems, worth having your booking confirmation handy in case of any issues. We loved our stay! "

"Great hotel, two night stay before moving into a fabulous apartment. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, alloed us to stay in the hotel room until the apartment was ready. Lovely restaurant and pool bar, again the staff wete great."

"Despite the large size of the property, the grounds were clean and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Our room (489) was excellent and we would request it in the future. Dining was everything promised. The seafood was excellent. Sea salt-encrusted sea bass is a MUST! We had a minor issue that one of the property managers, Manuel more than addressed. He promptly corrected the matter and extended a beautiful, private seating with the sunset in the background with champagne and rose pedals all around us. Great property and great location. We will be coming back to Ritz, Abama. "
