Lovely sandy beach in shallow bay in front of hotel, connects to a couple of more miles of walkable beach around Loreto Bay. Pools are not heated, but clean and refreshing. Not crowded, skeleton staff does their best, and does not harass you for anything. (No pressure). Free kayaks and paddle boards. Lots of restaurants nearby. "The staff was very friendly, attentive and helpful. All requests were met. The heated pool was great, but I miss a hot tub. The outdoor bar service was good and the only place to get ice. The rooms had no refrigerators nor micros. The breakfast buffet, which was included was very good as well."

"This is the one located hotel with pleasant and friendly staff. The rooms are very Spartan but clean. There is very little light in the rooms. Also, the Hotel provides one bottle of water a day in the room per person, and it doesn’t seem possible to buy more. That’s kind of mysterious.!! Thank you, I would not be sorry to stay here again"
