"The service at the hotel was amazing; the front desk staff were helpful, accommodating, and friendly. Unfortunately we didn’t get to try the restaurant, as it was closed on the night of our stay. "Nice and particularly quiet hotel. The room was comfortable with expected amenities, except tea bags and milk (I’m British ;-) ) Be aware of the check-in arrangements, and call ahead if you plan to arrive late in the evening. Although the spa was a nice facility I was somewhat surprised by the €20 charge to use it (which I did twice). Location was good (for me), but I was there for work, so didn’t have time to explore Milan, especially as my trip had been impacted by a fire closing...
