"When we arrived at the hotel, we were initially advised that the rooms we had booked were not available which was rather alarming but we spoke with Murat, the guest relations manager and he was brilliant! He explained that our rooms were still being cleaned but would be available shortly. We had a drink at the bar and then Murat showed us to our rooms and offered us complementary parking as an apology for the miscommunication. The rooms were absolutely lovely and had enormous beds! "Staff very helpful and friendly at check in. Got to honest wasn’t expecting a lot with it being a hostel but it was great. Rooms could just do with a good clean. But it was warm and comfortable providing a good base for visiting Birmingham. Just do homework on where to park if travelling by car. "

"Room was nice with lovely big bed. A couple of little bits regarding cleanliness was stale coffee stains on coffee machine and tomato ketchup up on the carpet, didn't make a fuss as nothing major and only staying 1 night."
