"The location of the hotel perfect for my needs. Check in and out easy. Staff friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. Great price competitive for this hotel. Very big room. The furniture dated needs updating. Also pillows very hard! I had room 515, and had the report broken toilet handle it wouldn’t flush. They did send someone. "

"Hotel staff were amazing...room was very spacious and clean. Unfortunately I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience with the Genting casino staff during my visit for my birthday. I encountered rude and unprofessional behavior and I was feeling very distressed by this. However, the hotel staff completely turned my night around. From the moment I approached them to discuss my concerns, they were incredibly kind, empathetic, and attentive. They listened patiently to my concerns and their genuine concern and helpfulness made me feel valued and respected. I'd especially like to thank Tamsin and Rianna for their exceptional service. The hotel staff's professionalism and compassion were truly outstanding. They went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and well-being.
