"More than enough for a budget stay. No desk in twin room unfortunately but very basic and a solid option if looking for a cheap stay. Felt safe throughout and undisturbed. The shower was brilliant too. "

"Pleasant hotel in a quiet area with helpful staff. It's a very straightforward experience with not many amenities -- no hotel transportation, laundry service, refrigerators or microwave, for example. However, the staff were helpful with what the hotel did offer, and the breakfast was lovely. "We stayed for 2 nights for a special birthday. The communications beforehand were informative and friendly. When we arrived the welcome was warm and the property was lovely. It was exactly as described as well as being clean and well equipped. The outside space was also excellent with a good sized, enclosed and safe garden.
