"Not far from the main road and surprisingly close to the town and ski resort, while at the property you feel entirely secluded and away from civilization. The main living and dining area is great for everyone to spend time together with a fire going while the bedrooms are tucked away for good privacy. The wrap around deck would be a great place to lounge in summer, and the fire pit would be similarly nice on summer and fall evenings."

"Great get away. Great home. Absolutely fit all of our needs. Loved that we didn’t have to bring sheets towels etc. great kitchen set up. We cooked lots had all we needed pots and pans and plates and fks. PERFECT communication with the owner for months now. Answered timely and described all I needed! Love the home. Rustic feel. Great long table for family dinners! TVs were fun too! Comfortable beds! So grateful for the time! "

We came between snow storms and he offered travel advice, plowed the driveway, and checked in to see if we needed local for food suggestions. The cabin is fantastic and perfect for a small group setting. We came to the area for a team competition and it fit our crew perfectly. It provided a cozy atmosphere and was comfortable enough for us to all get a good night’s sleep. Highly recommend! "

"The house is charming and immaculate and positioned at the end of a road and just above the Casselman River. The host is friendly and flexible. While ours was a winter visit, the abundant forests, rivers, walking and biking paths, state parks and historic sites make this a warm weather base for active people."
