Its an older hotel I think, but it was pristine. Perfectly clean! Our room was sparkling! My only complaint was the bed. Horribly uncomfortable. I'd still stay there again tho.

I've stayed here several times, it's my go to spot when stopping in Cumberland, MD. The historic downtown can be a little sketchy at times, especially at night, so I always follow the lighted streets to the center city area.

The check in and the breakfast was poor. I waited five minutes before someone came to check me in. They could try a little harder with the food. There is only one operating elevator and ice machine in the whole building . Very poor water pressure in the shower. But I guess for the money and downtown location it’s not bad, just don’t expect much and you won’t be disappointed!

This is a nice place to stay. It’s convenient to most attractions. My only complaint was the room AC was set too hot and we had difficulty re-setting it, and forever to lower the temperature. The staff are friendly and the room clean and comfortable.

Property was pretty beat up… The rooms needed a lot of attention with missing paint on the doors, poor shower caulking, old fixtures, toilet paper half-used on the roll….and generally pretty low-rent appearance. Clearly, the owners are not putting any money into this property.
