"Totally overpriced, felt like total scam. Had booked a spacious family room, got a regular double. Very old building, no lift. Bathroom has been renovated but obviously by an amateur, not finished. Both windows were broken. Although non smoking room there has been clearly smoked and disguised by refresher spray, ugly smell. Lady at ckeckout was nice though. "

"I stayed during Art Basel and I liked its location as it was so easy to get to the fair (7 minutes by train and the station is right outside the hotel but hardly any noise). Staff members were friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. One thing to point out is that I didn't see a safe in the room. I am definitely coming back to stay here next year. Highly recommend."

"I was very surprised how pleasant the hotel was. Great good in the restaurant. Good supportive mattress, good size rooms. Only marked down on the pillows. Too soft for me. Had 3 and that wasn’t enough"
