"In Gainesville for a thirty-five year reunion with fraternity brothers. Eight of us stayed at the property, and enjoyed separate bedrooms and six bathrooms. Love the layout. Property in a quiet neighborhood, and not too far from campus. Looking forward to future reunions and hope to be able to secure this place again."

"We had a great time. Kids enjoyed the pool and loved the farm animals. Plenty of room to prepare meals and a large table to sit the entire group. Host was attentive and responsive to all request. Wish we could have stayed a few more days just to relax and admire the animals. A perfect #10 as a VRBO. "

"Clean, spacious, and well appointed. This property was absolutely perfect for us. We had 3 families stay here and let me tell you space was never an issue. The kitchen was stocked with every utensils and pan one could ever need. The location of the home is absolutely perfect, with plenty of parking and outdoor space. Communication from the owner could not have been any better. If there was a way to give 10 stars I would. Thank you John!!! "

"Property was upgraded and very clean. Close to campus, restaurants, etc. Departure was great....just lock the door. The neighborhood was older and more rustic (dirt road to house), but felt very safe"

"The hotel and restaurant are wonderful. The location is remote so cell phones have a hard time but the rooms have TVs and WiFi. The Restaurant is amazing lots of history the menu includes some great southern food, Free Range Venison with hunter sauce is one of my favs. The location is beside Cross Creek a location to sit and watch a sunset before going to the bar. Be sure to look in the library it is something lots of books, stuffed animals and a canoe. This is a piece of history."

"We stayed here for a Florida football game weekend. Even though the hotel was sold out, the staff was exceptionally helpful, the hotel was clean and quiet, the coffee was hot and the breakfast was delicious. The beds were so comfy, we had a great nights sleep. "

"There was dust on the AC the ceiling didn't look finished and hairs all in the shower. The g[lf cart shuttle was a great service. For the we were back and forth from the hospital. Thanks for offering that service. The restaurant at the hotel had excellent food. "
