Room was clean and neat, we were alocated an accessible room which we did not need, the shower gel was under the shower head which could not be moved so the gel was washed away before you could get your hand away. How someone with mobility issues manages I don't know!. The heater in the room beside the bed banged and popped all night so we had hardly any sleep the first night till it was fixed. The hotel is a short walk from the town centre, which makes it cheaper than more central places - but if you can't stand a five-minute walk, what are you doing in Betws-y-Coed? :)"
