"It's a wonderful Hotel within a nice tutor style residence. The location is excellent just a short drive to the coast and Liverpool. Great place to make a base for a few days on my way back down to London. My room was very large, excellent comfortable bed, well appointed bathroom, heating, water pressure and very clean. I had a great view of the grounds, I as on the top floor in one of the attic room. The staff were particularly pleasant, very friendly too. Great location, great Hotel and pleasant stay. I'd stay again."

Particularly the lady who served us as breakfast, she was so kind and great to chat to. Great location with beautiful views and easy access to walks in the surrounding area.
