"This is a very well cared for villa in a great spot just outside La Orotava. It is located in a beautiful garden, very secluded and quiet. The villa is well equipped and comfortable. The pool is a good size for swimming. The hosts are extremely helpful and friendly. We would recommend this villa to anyone!"

"Delightful small house in the middle of a large garden. Lots of space both inside and out. Although it's only a few metres from the main road it's very peaceful. Comfortable bed, well equipped. Susana, the host is very helpful and has good English. She also provided some very welcome food including wine, coffee, bread, butter, water, cheese and ham."

"The casa is well equipped and located in a beautiful valley just outside Santa Cruz. The casa is accessed from a quiet road and we enjoyed quiet days and evenings with only the sound of frogs and birds. It was a great place to stay!"

"If you want a quiet stay in the mountains, in a beautifully restored old house, then this is for you. I loved this place, especially once I got the fire going and a good meal with wine. It is like going back in time, so much character and tasteful antique decor. Its only a 7 min drive to the coast road. There are tapas bars near by which I didn't try, as was happy to cook. If you are looking for nightlife, noise and the latest mod cons, its not for you. However, it does have good facilities;...

"If you're looking for a place to recharge your batteries this is it. Took a bit of finding (keep going to end of the road when you turn onto Camino del Chamizo) and the roads are very steep, but was worth the effort. The house is well equipped and spacious. The views from the outside area are spectacular. Would definitely recommend a stay here and we will hopefully be back."

"Es ist ein wunderschöner Flecken auf unserer Erde und tausend Mal schöner als jedes Hotelzimmer. Die Unterkunft ist zwar klein, aber grundsätzlich mit allem versehen, was man im Urlaub braucht. Selbst das Internet ist rasend schnell! Am besten ist aber der traumhafte Außenbereich mit tollen Plätzen, die alle einen wunderschönen Blick haben. "Casa Juanita is in a lovely quiet location. It comes equiped with all you would need. The bed is most comfortable. Best of all are the hosts. We received a wealth of information both before and during our stay. They checked in with us regularly to see if we needed anything and to give us avocados freshly picked from the tree on our private patio. "Juan was an amazing host and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. We had an fabulous 2 weeks and the location is quiet and remote. Ideal if you are looking for peace and quiet not so if you looking for hustle and bustle. The Finca is well equiped and very well furnished. The wood burning hot tub was a very nice touch. Definitely coming back here if we head back to Tenerife."

"Das Haus ist sehr landestypisch dekoriert und eingerichtet. Pool wird mehrmals am Tag beheizt. Man fühlt sich auf anhieb sehr wohl. Der Ausblick ist unbegreiflich schön aufs Meer die Wolken und auf Gran Canaria. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und informativ. Auf ein Auto ist man überwiegend angewiesen. Lokale in 5 bis 10 min abwr auch fußläufig erreichbar. In 35 bis 40 min ist man in santa cruz oder puerto de la Cruz. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub wir haben es sehr genossen."
